Release what your body has been holding

Reset combines two powerful body-based practices in a single afternoon. With only 8 participants and two expert facilitators, you get the space and attention to go at your own pace.

TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
A simple series of exercises that activate your body's natural shaking mechanism, releasing deep muscular tension and calming your nervous system from the inside out.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
A guided breathing practice that helps you move through held patterns and arrive at a deep state of rest. Many people describe it as the most relaxed they've ever felt.


Your afternoon

  1. Arrive and settle
    Grounding into the space, connecting with breath, leaving the week behind.
  2. TRE
    A sequence of simple exercises that activate your body's natural tremor mechanism, releasing deep tension held in the psoas, hips, and lower back.
  3. Break
    Time to rest, hydrate, and enjoy light grounding snacks.
  4. Conscious Connected Breathwork
    A facilitated breathing journey that moves you from activation into deep rest.
  5. Integration
    Plenty of time to integrate. No rushing back to the world.

Your facilitators

Gianluca Campanella, Certified TRE Provider
A data scientist by training, Gianluca was analytical and sceptical of anything he couldn't measure. When chronic cluster headaches didn't respond to any conventional approach, he tried TRE as a last resort. Six years of practice later, he's a Certified TRE Provider and trainee psychotherapist.

Steff Roeg, Psychotherapist and Breathwork Facilitator
Steff came to body-based work through her own experience of how the body holds what goes unexpressed. In the breathwork space, she brings a warm, steady presence that makes it easy to let go.


Practical details

  • 3 hours of facilitated practice
  • Two facilitators for a maximum of 8 participants
  • All equipment, refreshments and grounding snacks provided

Venue: Holdspace, Risinghill St, London N1 9SY (5 min walk from Angel station)

What to bring: comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Yoga mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. No experience necessary.
