The work
Stress doesn’t just live in your thoughts. It settles in muscles, breath, and the nervous system.
This workshop brings together TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Conscious Connected Breathwork to support gentle, non-verbal release.
TRE invites the body’s natural tremoring response, a reflex designed to discharge stress that many of us learnt to suppress. Breathwork opens space in a different way, helping whatever wants to shift to do so. Together, they offer something rare: release without effort, explanation, or performance.
The space
Maximum 8 participants, held by two experienced facilitators. Calm, unhurried pacing, with real attention throughout.
This isn’t a class or a workout. It’s a held space to soften, unwind, and come back to yourself.
This is for you if…
- You feel stress living in your body
- You’ve tried talking and thinking your way through things
- You want support without having to explain yourself
- You’re curious what might happen if you let your body lead
No experience needed. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or good at relaxing. Come exactly as you are.
The flow
- Arriving, grounding, and settling into the space
- Simple movements to invite natural tremoring (TRE)
- A break with herbal tea and grounding snacks
- A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
- Time to land, integrate, and reflect
You can pause, adjust, or stop whenever you need. This isn’t about pushing through. With consent, we may offer light grounding touch.
Your facilitators
Gianluca is a Certified TRE Provider and the author of the TRE Guide, with over six years of personal and professional practice. He’s training in Humanistic Psychotherapy and brings a grounded, embodied approach to somatic work, meeting people exactly as they are, without need for explanation or performance.
Steff is a psychosynthesis psychotherapist and somatic practitioner, trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and in Somatic Experiencing, with a private practice since 2014. She specialises in safety, boundaries, and authentic expression, and holds a quiet, steady presence that helps people grow their capacity to live and choose more freely.
